Web Blocker - "Full URL" rules not saving after settings window is closed.

When the user selects the "Full URL" option from the rule type dropdown and closes the window, the rule type reverts back to the previously selected option. This issue does not occur with other rule types.
Steps to reproduce:
- Select "Settings" from menu bar dropdown
- Select "Web Blocker" from the left navigation bar
- Change an existing rule's rule type to "Full URL" using the dropdown menu
- Close the "Settings" window
- Select "Settings" from menu bar dropdown
- Select "Web Blocker" from the left navigation bar
- Observe that the rule type has reverted back to the previous option
